| In the early 1600's the spiritual climate in the Church of England had become intolerable. Godly men and women knew the only way they were going to be able to prosper spiritually was to leave their native land, and embark on the journey of their lifetime. Yes, there were challenges, but they knew that their families and the cause of Christ would be advanced as a result.
Just like the Pilgrims of old, the times we are living in has brought to the attention of many that they must depart from the churches of our day, striving to restore the freshness and vibrancy of early Christianity. This was the heartbeat behind starting Pilgrim Believers Church.
